General Cleaning
Remove dirt and residue by cleaning with soapy water or an ammonia-based cleaner; rinse and dry.
Stains
To remove stubborn stains, dilute bleach or denatured alcohol with water and apply the mixture on a cotton cloth. Rinse with water and wipe dry.
Disinfecting
Surfaces can be disinfected by wiping with a mixture of water and household bleach (1:1 ratio), followed by rinsing with clear water and wiping dry.
Heat
To prevent heat damage, always use trivets or hot pads under hot objects and electronic cookware. Prolonged or extreme heat exposure can cause discoloration.
Scratches
Use a cutting board instead of cutting directly on your countertop. Remove minor cuts and scratches with an abrasive pad. Rub the affected area with the pad, wet the surface, and rub with finer pads in larger circles until it blends with the surrounding surface. Rinse with clear water and wipe dry.
